Personalised product — no change-of-mind returns

Every Spotli book is uniquely created for you. Once printing has commenced, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind. Please review your preview carefully before approving.

1. No change-of-mind returns

Because each book is individually generated and printed to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with the personalisation choices made at the time of ordering.

You will have the opportunity to preview your book before it goes to print. If you are not happy with the generated result, you can request a free regeneration from your order page before approving. If we do not hear from you within 7 days of the preview being sent, your book may be automatically approved and sent to print. Once you approve, or once automatic approval occurs, and printing begins, the order is final.

2. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before printing has commenced. Once your book has entered the print queue (after your approval), cancellation is not possible.

To request a cancellation, contact us at hello@spotli.com.au as soon as possible with your order number.

3. Damaged or defective books

If your book arrives physically damaged, with a print defect, or if you receive the wrong order, we will arrange a free reprint and reship at no cost to you.

To qualify, please:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date
  • Include your order number
  • Attach clear photos showing the damage or defect

We may ask you to return the damaged item before dispatching a replacement, depending on the nature of the issue.

4. Lost in transit

If your book has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the item is confirmed lost, we will reprint and reship free of charge.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:

  • The order is cancelled before printing commences
  • A replacement cannot be provided for a damaged or defective order
  • A technical error on our part prevents fulfillment

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
